After you have retrieved the "IP Customer Record Administration (ICR)" page for the Toll-Free Number (TFN), you will see that some fields of the Contact Information will be populated from the traditional Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) and others will be disabled. You can enter the Contact Name, Contact Number and Notes of the IP Routing related specific person and then select the “Submit” button.
Once the information is submitted, a message, “IP Routing Customer Record Created Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page with Effective Date, Time and Status.

Please Note: You can create an ICR only when the CR is in the Active (Working) status. The IP Customer Record status can be Active, Sending, Pending, Disconnect Sending and Disconnect Pending.
