In the IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) page, enter a Toll-Free Number (TFN) that has an Active (Working) and select the "Retrieve" button. Once the TFN has been retrieved and if an ICR is not found for the TFN, a “No IP Customer Record Found” pop-up will be displayed. By selecting the "Yes" button, you will be returned to the ICR page for the existing TFN to create the IP Customer Record (CAD) also known as a CR), from here you can complete the following:
- View Customer Record Administration Information
- Add IP Endpoints Information
- View and Add Contact Information
