In the IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) page, enter a Toll-Free Number (TFN) that has an Active (Working) Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) and then, select the “Retrieve” button.
Once the ICR information for the TFN has been retrieved, a message, “IP Customer Record Administration Retrieved Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
