The IP Customer Record Management function allows you to access IP Endpoint Management (IEM) and IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) pages. If you have Customer Record (CAD) (also known as CR)/Toll-Free Number (TFN) access plus Carrier Approval, then you have access to the IP Customer Record Management. If a you require access to the “IP Customer Record Management” menu items, then you must contact your Resp Org's Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for assistance.
IP Customer Record Management will involve the following functionalities:
These pages can be accessed on the TFNRegistry™ Landing page or any page, select the Menu icon and then select the “IP Customer Record Management” menu item, a list of sub-menu items that are IP Endpoint Management (IEM) and IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) will be displayed.

Please Note: IP Bulk Record Management sub-menu item is currently not viewable in the TFNRegistry. You must must select the "IP Endpoint Management (IEM)" sub-menu item to view the IP Bulk Record Management (IBM) sub-menu item.
