To access the Bulk / Automation Message Center (BMC) page from the Landing page or any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the “System Automation” menu item and then the “Bulk / Automation Message Center (BMC)” sub-menu item. Once the “Bulk / Automation Message Center (BMC)” sub-menu item has been selected, the BMC page will be displayed.
The BMC page displays the results for all the Request IDs of the Automation Request Input (ARI) page and bulk requests from Number Search and Reserve (NUS) (also known as a NSR Request Type) and One Click Activate (OCA) pages as shown below.
Please Note: Automation request results are retained in the TFNRegistry™ for a limited duration, typically up to 7 days. On this page, you can view and sort the following information:
- Request ID
- Request Type
- Creation Date/Time
- Create User ID
- Acting As ID
- Request Description
When you hover over the specific column header, it will be highlighted with an underline, then you must click the column name to enable the “Sort” icon. This will sort the information in the remaining columns as per the selection. By selecting the “Sort” or icon, you can arrange each column's information in an ascending or descending order. The upward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the ascending order while the downward arrow “Sort” icon will sort the column in the descending order.
For example, by selecting the “OCA” radio button and the desired OCA link, you will be directed to the BMC page with results. You can select the desired radio button and then “Delete” icon to delete the Request ID information.
On the retrieved Request ID results page, you can also sort the information in the Results portion. Another example with MNQ request is retrieved to show this scenario. You can sort the information in ascending or descending order, by selecting the “Sort” or icon in each column.
