To access the Activation Notice Control (GAN) page, from the Landing page or any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the “General System Administration” menu item and then the “Activation Notice Control (GAN)” sub-menu item. Once the “Activation Notice Control” sub-menu item has been selected, the GAN page will be displayed.
The GAN page specifies whether a Resp Org should receive record activation notices and/or failure notices.
- Activation notices are generated when a record becomes ACTIVE or DISCONNECT.
- Failure notices are generated when a record status becomes FAILED.
- If a record is in SENDING status after the time-out period, for example due to an Service Control Point (SCP) being down, a failure notice is generated.
- You can only view the default Resp Org's information on this page. For further assistance, please call or text the Help Desk at 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1.
