To use the TFNRegistry™ (formerly known as the SMS/800 TFNRegistry®), a user must be a registered Somos user with permissions to the TFNRegistry and have an active Somos Login ID and password. If a user does not have a Somos Login ID with permissions to access the TFNRegistry, a Login ID must be requested through the Responsible Organization's (Resp Org's) Primary Contact or a Company Administrator. They will submit a User Profile request through the Somos Portal Website (portal.somos.com) on your behalf. For additional information on how to submit the User Profile request, please click here.
The request will be processed by the Help Desk. You should reach out to their Resp Org's Primary Contact or Company Administrator for your Login ID and PIN. If a password reset is needed, the user can select the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page and/or call or text the Help Desk for assistance at 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1.
