In the event that you need the current Authorization Code to become invalid and a new code to be provided, you will want to regenerate your Authorization Code.
Please Note: If an Authorization Code is regenerated, any attempts to verify the previous code will immediately begin to fail.
To regenerate an Authorization Code, you must first log in using a Login ID that has Edit permissions to the Toll-Free Number you wish to regenerate an Authorization Code for. Search for the Toll-Free Number and select the “Regenerate Code” button in results. Once selected, the page will refresh and a new Authorization Code will be provided in the Authorization Code column. The expiration date is automatically set to 6 months from the date of the generated the Authorization Code.
