The Number Search and Reserve (NUS) page requires you to scroll down to the Results portion for searching and viewing Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs). To help reduce the amount of scrolling, the "Results" portion of this page will automatically be displayed whenever you select the NUS sub-menu item from the Menu or search with the page mnemonic. In the Results portion of the page, you can view the predicted TFNs based on your previous search results.
You must enter a number from 0-10 in the Quantity field and press the “Enter” key on the keyboard or select the “Search” button. Once the information has been entered, the Results portion of the NUS page will be displayed with the predicted TFN results.
- When the System Prediction field is turned ON, by the Administrator in the System Parameter Handling (SPH) page, the "Results" portion of the NUS page is displayed. For more information, please click here.
- When the System Prediction field is turned OFF by the Administrator in the SPH page, the "Search" portion of the NUS page is displayed. You must manually scroll down to view the search results.
- A Request ID is generated for the search more than 10 TFNs (i.e. a bulk search). For more information, please click here. The “Search” button is disabled and the “Enter” key on the keyboard does not work for the bulk search.
