On the Number Administration History Report (NAH) page, you can enter one or more Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) manually or upload an Excel workbook containing a list of TFNs. After entering the TFNs, simply click anywhere on the page to trigger the auto-formatting process. Once the TFNs are auto-formatted, they will be categorized as valid or invalid, and a "Remove" button will also be displayed for further actions.
When you enter an invalid TFN format, the following error message will be displayed:
Must be 10 numeric or between 10 to 20 alpha numeric characters and optionally 2 dashes '-', periods '.', parentheses '()' or spaces ' '.
- Auto format all TFNs with a “Close”
icon.
- Display the number of valid TFNs in a blue font.
- Display the number of invalid TFNs in a red font.
- Display “Remove” button or “Close”
icon so the you can remove the invalid TFNs.
