In order to reactivate a Toll-Free Number (TFN) in a “Disconnected” status from the Customer Record Selection (REC) page, you must complete the following steps:
- From the REC page, retrieve the TFN and then select the “Copy”
icon.
- Please Note: If it is a CAD, then it will open the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) page with the TFN retrieved and display the Copy Customer Record pop-up window. To complete the Copy Customer Record steps to reactivate a disconnected TFN, please click here.
- Please Note: If it is a PAD then it will open the Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) page with the TFN retrieved and display the Copy Pointer Record pop-up window. To complete the Copy Pointer Record steps to reactivate a disconnected TFN, please click here.
