In Step 2 of the User Profile request it provides you, a Primary Contact, Company Administrator and User Administrator, with the ability to assign the new user’s Somos® Portal Website (portal.somos.com) permissions. First, you may select the new user’s role when accessing the Somos Portal Website. You may assign the new user’s role by selecting "Web User" or "Company Admin" from the "User Role" drop down menu list.
