You can view and manage the Responsible Organization (Resp Org) Change (ROC) Subscriber Notifications (RSN) and the Process Help Desk Intervention (HDI) ROC Subscriber Notifications via the RSN page for your Entity. The RSN page is only accessible by Resp Orgs users who are registered for the Web Service Interface (WSI) Notifications.
The ROC Subscriber Notifications are available for the ROC Toll-Free Number (TFN) statuses (Pending, Port Processing, Ported, Declined, Expired, Port Failed, Overdue, Due Date Approval, Submitting (e.g. new, gaining) Resp Org adds additional document to a request via WSI, and Waiting). The subscriber notifications requests can be made for Process Outgoing (Gaining) and Process Incoming (Losing).
Upon a successful retrieval of the “Manage Subscriber Notifications” portion of the RSN page, make the ROC subscriber notifications selection and then select the “Save” button to save it. On a successful submission, a confirmation message “ROC Subscriptions Updated Successfully”.
Select the Outgoing (Gaining) column header checkbox to select all. Unselect the checkbox to remove the selection.
Select the Incoming (Losing) column header checkbox to select all. Unselect the checkbox to remove the selection.
You can individually make the selections and then select the “Save” button.
