Resubmit the Request: Only Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) with the status of Expired, Declined, or Port Failed can be included in a request to resubmit the Outgoing ROC Request via the ROC Search Requests (RSR) page. To resubmit the request to the Controlling Resp Org, select the “Resubmit the Request” option and then the “Resubmit” button.
A new “Submit Resp Org Change Request” page will be displayed with all fields pre-populated based on the original request. For more information on how to submit an Outgoing ROC request to the Help Desk for processing, please click here. Review the information, make necessary changes and submit the request with “Submit” button. On the successful submission of the resubmitted request a confirmation message will be displayed.
By selecting the “Cancel” button, this will cancel the re-submission process to the Resp Org. Selecting the “Submit” button will display a “Request submitted successfully” message. For more information about these buttons, please click here.
